Project Summary
We developed an integrated Job and Fleet Management System designed to centralize job scheduling, vehicle tracking, driver coordination, and automated customer communication. This end-to-end platform supports real – time operations from job creation to delivery confirmation across both web and mobile devices.

Drivers receive daily job lists with complete instructions. Each job includes pickup and delivery times, container details, and locations. Integrated GPS tracking provides real – time visibility of driver movements.
Job Assignment & Scheduling
Jobs are assigned based on the driver availability. Customer receives automated email notification. Automatic time slot.
Real - Time Status & Notifications
The system captures container pickup and dispatch times. Upon delivery, auto notifications are sent to customers with time logs and proof of delivery attachment.
